Antonietta Marsaglia opened the Marsaglia Law Firm in 1981 and in 1988 co-founded the first European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) of lawyers, PLG International Lawyers.

She obtained her LL.B from University College London in 1971 and graduated in Law from the Catholic University in Milan in 1977. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1980 and of the Court of Cassation since 2001; she is an accredited mediator and trainer with the Ministry of Justice.

Due to her interest in international commercial relations, she was President and for many years an active member of the International Commission of the Milan Bar Association; she is a member of the scientific committee of the Arbitration Chamber of the Milan Bar Association.

Her many years of experience in commercial and corporate relations now lead her to deal mainly with relations between companies (including the entry of foreign entrepreneurs into the Italian market and Italian entrepreneurs into foreign markets, M&A contracts, joint ventures, agency and distribution networks), negotiation and the out-of-court settlement of commercial disputes.
